YES TECH's Middle East & Africa representative discusses how the manufacturer is serving its customers in the region...

Can you talk through a few of YES TECH’s latest products and solutions suited for the Middle East market?

One of our most popular offerings is the MG Series, which we’ve recently enhanced to better meet the growing demands of the market.

The MG9 is a standout product – it’s built for both indoor and outdoor settings and is equipped with our cutting-edge TET technology. This one delivers an impressive LED thrust ranging from 80-100N to reduce lamp fall rates greatly. It can handle 4.6T loading capacity and has an anti-fatigue performance that’s five times better than before for unparalleled longevity. Plus, it boasts a refresh rate of 7680Hz and an exceptional contrast ratio, guaranteeing vibrant and crystal-clear imagery.

For the indoor series, we have updated it to the 10th generation which will be released in the next few months. It’s got a better structure for flatness, easier assembly, and improved display. Stay tuned for the official launch for more info!

The “multi-functions & creative shapes” capabilities of the MG series have made our rental& staging solutions and high-end conference solutions extremely successful over the years. Whether it’s for live music events, concerts, or festivals, the solution offers steadfast reliability and stunning visuals that electrify the atmosphere. For conferences, the MG indoor series serves up high-resolution images and a viewing experience that’s a pleasure to watch, making your conference is well-engaged.

What have been some of your highlight projects in the region over the past few years?

Over the years, we have completed over 10,000 projects worldwide. In the Middle East, we have supported the high-profile events like the China Pavilion of the Dubai Expo, Muslim World League Pavilion (which is fully covered with our MG6S Series), Fan Zone for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and International Fairs and Museums of the Prophet’s Biography and Islamic Civilization.

What are the key advantages of your LED displays over competitors in the Middle East market?

Our LED displays shine for two main reasons: our exceptional after-sale service and the superior quality of our products.

When it comes to after-sales, we go above and beyond to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of support. Our after-sale support includes annual inspection, extensive technical training, and dedicated customer service. This commitment means our clients can count on us to keep their downtime to a minimum and receive prompt help with any issues that may arise.

As for our products, the MG Series excels in the Multi-functions & Creative Shapes feature. This series is like a triple threat, combining three different screen functions into one, which not only saves on costs but also caters to a wide range of demands. Also, our products are known for their easy setup. Moreover, we harness innovative technologies such as our TET technology, which strengthens the bond between LEDs and circuit boards, resulting in a more durable and reliable product. Last, the visual quality is also unmatched with a high refresh rate, high contrast rate, high gray IC, et cetera.

All these elements give us a competitive edge in the Middle East market. We’re not just selling a product; we’re offering a complete and high-quality solution to our clients.

Are there any specific challenges you face when selling LED displays in the Middle East?

Certainly, there are a few challenges. First, the rapid growth of the market has increased the competition. With this expansion, we see a flood of both established companies and new entrants, which makes it more challenging to maintain a distinct presence and market share.

Second, the different quality of the product has led to a surge in price wars. It’s almost inevitable that some companies will start slashing prices to get customers who care more about bargains.

Finally, dealing with varying levels of customer expertise and the common focus on price over quality can be challenging. Sometimes, customers are faced with numerous choices of LED displays that are of low quality but come with attractive prices. It is hard for them to choose the right one, which can lead to unnecessary expenses. Our products, however, are known for their robust versatility, easy installation, high stability, and more, making them perfect for 100% indoor and outdoor rental scenarios and maximising business value.

How does YES TECH ensure a customer-focused approach in the Middle East?

It relies on several approaches, starting with our one-for-all design for our MG series. This isn’t just a buzzword; it’s really a promise to our clients that our products are versatile enough to fit any scenario – be it a live concert, a corporate event, or a sports game. And we’re always pushing the innovation envelope, which you can see in our latest releases like the MG9 and the soon-to-come MG10. We’re always developing and innovating LED technology to give our customers the competitive edge they deserve.

We make direct engagement with our customers by participating in international exhibitions. It’s not just about showcasing our products; it’s about having meaningful conversations, understanding their challenges, and figuring out how our tech can help solve them. This face-to-face time keeps us in tune with what the market is after.

Then there’s our comprehensive service offering. From initial consultation to in-sales, training, and ongoing support, we guide our customers through every step of the process. We want to ensure that the experience with YES TECH is as smooth and worry-free as possible.

And finally, quality is the core of our company, like our corporate culture. We adhere to the strictest standards and have all the necessary certifications to prove it. We want our customers to know that when they choose YES TECH, they’re getting the best in the market. So, as its core, our customer-focused approach in the Middle East is about understanding, innovating, and delivering excellence at every turn.

What are your plans for the region?

Our plans for the Middle East are based on solidifying our presence and enhancing customer satisfaction.

First, we intend to establish a regional subsidiary that will serve as a hub for our operations. This will be followed by the setup of a local warehouse and after-sales service center, which will significantly improve our product delivery capabilities and after-sales support. These facilities will enable us to respond more quickly to market demands and provide our clients with prompt service.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to enhancing our brand visibility and recognition in the region. This will involve a combination of marketing campaigns, participation in industry events, and the promotion of our successful projects to showcase the excellence and reliability of our products.
